Quests Help!

I'm new to KMS (just joined today) and I need some help with some quests. Hope you guys can help me out!

Quest 1: What am I supposed to do?

Quest 2: How do I complete these 3 quests? They ask me to select from 3 options and then give me a blank to fill. What do I fill in?

Also, may I know which world most of you play in?

I'm just guessing on the first one, but I think he either wants you to join a family or invite someone to your family. as for the second one, he wants you to input your korean cellphone number. needless to say, most of us skip those quests :P

most of the english community plays on culverin.
