Just created an account and it wouldn't let me change my hair color. Is there a way to change it?

The only way is that you buy NX!

Like Jess said,you have to buy NX to change it,the same goes for Skin Color.

I believe this also happens in jMS and some others MapleStory versions,correct me if i'm wrong.
