you go to ludi and talk to genie
then you find a magic key dropped by tricksters and get a random item from the quest

ORRRR, talk to the guy left portal of kerning he trades items for treasure chest then in kerning the master locksmith guy by subway opens for items.

What are you talking about? The only people near the left portal of kernings is the bank guy and the representative from Ereb. O.o
