님 is a way to get people's attention. like "excuse me", "pardon me", or "hey you!".

You could just use '?' or something like '네?'. Which means 'yes?'.

Kind of off topic but you should address anyone in maple as 님 rather than 야, due to traditional Korean courtesy. Although in games, the formal connotation of it is ignored ㅋㅋ
