Culverin down? o_O

Well, I disconnected a while ago grinding away in C-1 and couldn't reconnect (it's been about half an hour). The weird thing is, I can connect to the other servers like Meriel and Zenith, but not Culverin.

Anyone else having this problem atm? o_O
