Got this from a quest. It doesn't add any stats, so can someone translate what the bottom part says? :cheesygrin:

2 hours: adds 20% more EXP
2 hours or more: adds 30% more EXP.

No, you wear it and it gives 10%. After an hour it gives 20%. After 2 hours it gives 30%. It will reset when you log off though, and it expires in 24 hours.

It also resets when you enter the CS. It stacks with the 15% bonus for finding 5 cards, family 2x, HS, etc.
