The new BL is sorta weird because it lets you make groups. The upper left button with the MSN messenger looking icon is the one to add people, and in the box the drop down is what group you wanna add them to. You can change who's in a group by double clicking its name...and to make new groups you click the folder button next to the add one. The face in the bottom right filters your chat to only talk to a certain group. The rest you can probably figure out pretty quickly. :>
