My att phone bill came today with charges I didn't approve of. I looked up my other bills and what do you know they charged me there also. I called att and they can't do anything about it because of this prick company called enhanced services.

AT&T is shit now. I suggest just ending your plan with them and getting T-Mobile or Sprint. My sister has AT&T and always says they aren't what they use to be. :/

Go for Verizon. They have awesome coverage and their customer service is good. (won't say great, but what is nowadays?)
If you're running low on money, go for Sprint if they have service there. I wouldn't because they have crappy service where I am and voice quality sucks on their phones (to me it does).

I get 200 minutes a month talking and unlimited texting for 30$/mo. Depending on if you text more, or talk more, you can switch it around and get unlimited talking minutes and 2000 texts/mo.

The commercials aren't kidding when they talk about no dead zones. They are like the only available service in the Rocky Mountains. Just ask my mom who lived there for 4 months.
The only times I don't have service is basements. That's about it.
So if you want good service anywhere, go Verizon.
If you want cheapness, go Virgin Mobile or Sprint.
Edit: Oh, to make it better, Verizon is merging with Alltel. Great customer service (Alltel) combined with awesome area coverage (Verizon) = win.
