The reason it detects it as being a virus, is because the client includes themida which is software included to prevent people from accessing the files. Lai (the admin) does not want people stealing his work.

Now for the other bugs

Skill Bugs:

* Attacking with Avenger causes the player to disconnect a lot.
* All summons disconnects other players.
* Big bang disconnects other players.
* Mystic door disconnects other players.

Monster Bugs:

* A LOT of monsters drop the wrong monster card. It will say you gained the correct monster card, but you really just gained a different one.

NPC Bugs:

* The "Treasure Chest" NPC at the end of Shumi's B3 jump quest, is missing cm.warp in the script. Resulting in unlimited gold, diamond and black crystal ores.

Item Maker Bugs:

* When using the maker skill, you can't trade monster etc drops for monster crystals.
* Using enchantment crystals won't alter item stats at all.
* Monsters don't drop Magic Powder.


AutoBan:

Quest Bugs:

Job Bugs:

* KoC doesn't have their 4th job advancement.
GUI Bugs:
o Guild levels, players still in guild (even after they left) doesn't update until a server restart.
o Guild messages in the guild BBS stack on each other. So you can only view one until you delete the one on top.
Cash Shop & Cash Item Bugs:
o When you disconnect inside the cash shop, you have to log in twice to get in-game. The first time you try to log in, it severs the connection of you being in the cash shop and crashes the entire client. And the second time you log in, everything will work just fine again.
o Fishing bait doesn't work.

Reactor Bugs:
o All hit-able reactors can be destroyed, but after it's destroyed there will be an overlay of the same reactor, which is impossible to destroy.
MISC:

I have removed the ones that are fixed. But yea, as you can see, the bugs aren't something too major. Most bugs from here (maker, fishing, and monster cards) were never in private servers. So you have to give them some time to fix it because they are gonna be the first to actually fix it. Like I said, they have a really good coding team.

Hello Celino Players,

I regret to inform you guys, that due to the performance tuning and hardware installation (3rd Party Firewall). The windows server COMPLETELY fried, the partition and everything else is absolutely not recoverable. We've tried everything.

Now, on the bright side, here's the new update. IF You guys are up for the challenge, I'm willing to put the server back up, but this time we do it my way, by "my way" I mean both hardware and software wise.. I won't settle for anything less then Linux, I work best on Linux.

With Linux in mind, I'll also set up a separate server for backups, meaning that from the Linux server, daily backups will be done onto an OFFSHORE-SECOND server, in cases like this, so we'll always have a server up for backup purposes.

Not just this, but I'll upgrade from 4 gigs to 6 gigs of RAM for the server, still same specs, better performance, the MySQL will also be tweaked. To suite the server. Well why's this all matter? Well the server you're posting on right now is separate from the MSEA server which was hosted on a Windows Dedi. So this means if you guys agree, we'll have 3 servers up in total.

1 for the site + forum and everything about, 1 for the MSEA server (SEPARATE) and 1 for the daily generated backups. Once again.. I don't know how to tell you this guys, but I've tried quite literally everything possible to recover it, as well as having Francisco (Owner of FranTech) try everything he can in his power to recover it but it's just.. No longer a possibility.

NOTE: It's not 100% that we can't recover it, we're still trying. But it's a very very slim possibility, less then 1%.

I understand most of you might be mad, sad, pissed, upset and so forth, but I give you my deepest apologize.. This was not intended. It wasn't intentional and sometimes things like this do happen.. Please understand. I also understand a lot of people might be tempted to leave and quit. But I give you my word, if you stick around for the second time, this will NEVER happen again. You have my word on that.

The upgrade will be within the next week or two most likely. We're going to try our best to not wipe characters at all when we upgrade. Most likely, though, there will not be a wipe. So, go ahead and make characters and build up some funds for an Aran or something. lol

Yeah, still buggy.

You have to complete all quests to lvl 19 in order to advance as Dual Blade.

Skillbooks are NOT sold in cash shops, you have to hunt them or buy them for 10mil in the fm.

Dual Blades required dex for accurancy and missing is a problem.

Adding dex makes your damage sucky.

THAT TOTALLY SUCKS D;
