cant login to MSEA

But when i try to log in it says something like

"You cannot play mSEA wherever you are.
we STRONGLY recommend you to play
the Maplestory Provided in YOUR
Region"

any help?

You are IP blocked, and cannot acces MSEA.
Well, you should've known that, because
MSEA = Maple South Eastern Asia.
So i'm sorry...

You can try to bypass the proxy..
But I think that makes hell of a lag. :x
