help with seeing korean symbols

hey guys please help me, im making my nexon korea acc and all i need now is the name, but the webpage wont allow me to copy and paste, so i have to write the names written in http://freetexthost.com/zeargedvuq , but all i see is boxes like[] , i tried installing the language packages but it says i need a windows xp cd rom or something, and i dont have that, is there any way i could write the korean symbols without installing the packages?

No.There's no way on doing that,you can't write Korean / Read it if you doesnt have korean packages.

sry for putting the thread on wrong place Ox im still kinda lost... uhmm seems like a couple of packages ive tried to download needs me to have the windows xp cd rom, if i dont have the cd, i'm lost?
