please help

please some1 help me, i finally got to download the korean language package, i now can see all the korean symbols and everything, but when i go to regional and language options, and i go to the advanced options tab, i cant find "korean" in the drop-down box, any idea of what to do?:question:

edit: i already have my nexon and maplestory accounts, im only missing putting my computer into korean code page D=
