Well I just took an image of an Owl City album cover off of Google and messed around with it. I wasn't trying very hard with this one, I was just bored, so of course it's low quality. :D

its a self imposed 7 stars. a marketing thing.. the Dubai only has a 5 star rating. :thumbsup:
