Character creation problem

when i log on and try to create a character (i just started) when i get to the character create screen and i press the big "create button" it brings up the softkeyboard thing. Soon as that pops up i type in a password id like, but i need to know which buttons to press to save and whatnot or to create a NEW password on the character create screen. Pics would help the most

well this is what i meant this is the screen and the thing im having problems with
but when i try putting in passwords it always has a pop up after it saying something i assume some kind of error. any idea of what it could be?

and i dont know the button to take a ss on a laptop or the destination of the pic.

How many digits are you using on your password?

Like i said,you can put it as 2nd part of your KSSN if you want...

well i had two i tried doing
one with 6 numbers another with 13 numbers
then i press the enabled button and an error thing pops up

It Is infact better to use the second part of your KSSN but you must remember it due to having to use it to access the bank. So memorize your key pin. And Tamekii most people do not have the soft keypad.. like myself i didn't get to use it.
