When I click the game launcher it won't open and gives me an error with two options.. one leads the the site and the other closes the box.

Kms currently has a server check which i'm not sure when ends

Yep. There's a SC/Patch going on.

In Korea, it's 1/11/09, but where I am, it's still 1/10/09.

In Korea Time, the SC/Patch is going from 5:00-7:00 AM (2 hours)
So in EST (My time zone), it's going from 3:00-5:00 PM
So all you need to do is convert the time from there :D
