Whats exp rate with a cygnus character

Well i was on youtube and someone was telling me that every moster a cygnus character defeats gives their exp but times 10. So basically people r telling me evry cygnus gets a 10x exp boost. Is this true?

You get the same Exp from Cygnus as a tradational character.
