Why are his equips lol? Ever thought he's a lukless lvl120 staff user? Also, why would he care about the mount, he's probably too busy grinding.

Because most lukless who wear a regular mage weapon do it that way? Scrolling a decent lvl38 overall is most profitable for lukless mages since they require low luk and to wear them and give already 4 luk/int unscrolled.
