that actaully isn't korean. You don't have the korean language pack or something like that. Those are just random characters that replace the korean ones. And the patch oftentimes seems to pause at random places.
Wait it out or try again is my best advice.

I think all that says is that you are patching ><. I don't think the patcher says whether or not something is wrong. If it freezes like that I usually wait for like 30 minutes.

Did you turn off your firewall? Disable virus scan? Anything could effect it.

It's the patcher. Try to run the patcher directly by clicking Patcher.exe in your /Wizet folder.
