Language pack?

Ok, so last day, my pc got formatted, and i want to get the japanese language pack, cause when i visit japanese pages i hate seeing little squares everywhere. I tried google it, but all i get is the global IME and i dont want that. I managed to dl a long time ago but i cant remember where, i think it was about 100m or something like that. Thanks in advance.
