I think most of us aren't Korean in here and we have lots of problems trying to understand what does these characters mean.
Well, my process of trying to understand those characters is a bit long winded, but when help is not around, anything goes:
Tools I Use:
1. Google Translate
2. Typing out Korean Chars for Google to translate:
http://www.wandel.person.dk/korean.html
Usually what I'd do is to write it out on a piece of paper before using the website to type it out. Normal Korean chars is written firstly a Consonant, followed by a Vowel before ending with a Consonant. There are also some chars which consist only of one Consonant and a Vowel.
Hope this little piece of information will help in a way, especially when help is not available at all~
