so I open up kms and n protect starts up then when its done it shows the maple story logo for like 2 seconds and then it turns into internet explorer and opens up the nights of cyngus promo page.

Try to run MapleStory.exe or GameLauncher.exe in your /Wizet folder.

If you are on Windows Vista, run it as an Administrator. :)
