1. Are we allowed to ask for gifts?

2. If we are, could I ask someone for a VIP Skin coupon? I mean, I realize it's unlikely for someone to gift anything, but you know some people are nice enough to gift :l.

Very very few people can gift items because your account must be age 15+ to gift, yet you have to be 14 or under to not require a Korean cell phone number. It's not an unreasonable request, but the very few people who can gift that I know of do not have NX atm. o-o
