I can't install kMS.

First time I launched the install, it was normal but when I arrived on the rules page, I clicked on right box and the install closed... After, I re-launched the install but after unzip the install doesn't launch...

It's all gibberish. First change your code page to Korean.

I put my code page in Korean but now when I launch the install of kMS, I have this error.

I never had this problem before. Um.. When you see the Terms of Service page, press the button to proceed (the left button i think). What happens after that?

I saw only one time the Terms of Service page, i clicked on the right button (i didn't know which button to chose because it was gibberish) and the install closed "itself" (I don't know if i can say that). Now, i can't see the ToS page because it's after the WinZip self-extractor and it bugs.
