{help} cygnus intro video @ level 17?

So i was training at Pig Beach.. Leveled to 17, and then logged off for about an hour. I logged back on and selected my character and it showed the Knights of Cygnus video where it demonstrates the job's skills. After the video shortly ended, an NPC chat came up with the NPC of 9 Hearts or something, I clicked "accept".
Can i go get my Cygnus now?
