Remaking a KoC

If I delete my FW, can I make another KoC with the parent?

In other words, if I delete my FW whose parent is a level 20 Mage, can I make a new KoC char with the Mage?

If you delete your Order character just go back on your main character and talk to Shin Su in Ereb.
