I just got to Taejin's Tower in chapter 11, I thought I was going towards a ci'eth mission, but I was wrong. Is it too late to go back to the Archylette Steppe so I can farm CP :( ?

I'm assuming you mean the 3rd (or was it 4th?) Cie'th mission? You can backtrack from Taejin's if you want but chapter 11 isn't the last you'll see of the Archylette Steppe. I think there's a point where you can't continue missions anyhow, so better to just leave them for later. A good reason to do them early, however, is just if you feel like doing a bit of grinding, as it comes in handy to be a little overpowered in that chapter. No need to go overboard though, that works out better later on. ;)

So it's really up to you, you won't be missing anything, as you can always return to it in the long run.
