I just finished it today, and I thought I'd type this to prevent the loss of many people's Lithium Crystals so...
[Warning] This quest requires you to be able to kill Deu and be level38+
This is a 3-quest chain
Step 1. Sirin (The dancer) will tell you to go to Sand Bandit HQ and talk to Jano
[Tip] If you did "The Existence of the Secret Organization" then you should know where it is and who Jano is.
This is a simple step and then Jano will have to go to Muhammed (The mineral/jewel forger just a bit away from Sirin)
Step 2. Questioning
Muhammad will, in a mockup of "Sakura, The Kitty and The Orange Marble" will ask that you bring him a Lithium Crystal before he begins asking you questions, and you must answer them all in succesion. If you make a mistake he will just brush you off and take your Lithium Crystal!
Question Sequence: There are four questions, with two different answers. I'll present them in Checkboxes like this:
[ ]
[ ]
With the two checkboxes representing the two possible answers you can give. The answer is the Checkbox with an X in it [x].

Final Question
[X] (Only one option. Click it and you good to go)
Final Step: Return to Jano and he will ask you to track down and kill Deu. He is located in a hidden map called the Royal Cactus Desert. To get there, go outside the western portal in Ariant. If you see cactuses your in the right direction. Go two maps ahead to "Cactus Desert 2" and you will see 2 or so cactuses between the two portals on that map. One of them should have a door that you should press up on to proceed. This is a map filled with Royal Cactuses, and every so often Deu will be here. With the quest active, kill him and turn him in.
Reward:
Unknown to me at the moment. I was unable to find Deu, but I should update this soon with the reward.
[BONUS]
Deu has a variety of some pretty nice drops. If he likes you, you may find some nice scrolls or even a FLAME KATANA! Which seems to be quite valuable in KMS. I Wonder why, but I shouldn't argue. It's solid mesos for you anyway!
