I've been getting these sun/star things dropping from monsters, but I really don't know what they do. I'm guessing they're for a quest or an event or something, but I'm not sure what.

I seem to have trouble getting to storybook. The guy in Henesys will talk to me, but when I click on the only option it doesn't do anything. Is there a level requirement to go there?
