Storybook Event

Ok I know how the story event is for the 1st and 3rd book.
But the party quest storybook.
I really don't have a clue what to do. I have passed it a couple times with a party.
I understand how to do the transformation part but like what's the rewards for it?
What's really the point of it?

So its better to do the storybook event that drops the yellow seeds
And exchange those for pink gifts..
But that one gives Cygnus the advantage...
