It's a glitch with all pirates. I'm pretty sure they just hold the normal briefcase and it looks like the Wizet one. It's just a glitch for rankings. He doesn't really have it. Also, guns don't show up on rankings. And Knuckles look like BWs.

Nexon were too lazy to put the Gun\Knuckles pictures into the rankings so it looks like they have BWs\something else.
