Umm how to creat a char

Ok so im trying to create a charater but sicne i dont read korean it ask me to like type sumting in a box when i clik the create a car button can any1 tell me what to do....

Put in the last 7 digits of your KSSN and hit the left button.

IDK if it does have to be last digits of your KSSN,but i recommend doing it so you can always remember both KSSN and char code :)
