I was wondering if someone could explain the events to me.

As far as I know, there are 2 events - one from Ace of Hearts and another from Cassandra.

Ace of Hearts wanted me to get a Heart Box, Gold Ribbon, 1000 Mesos and 2 more stuffs. I assume they are White Chocolate and Dark Chocolate, but they don't seem to drop from monsters.

For Cassandra, I'm supposed to get something and give it to Gaga. What must I get?

The chocolates do drop, they have a very low droprate.
After you do the Ace of Hearts quest, give the reward to Cassandra.
