Limited Access Account

My PC crashed which led to maple closing, when i tried to re-login to the website it worked fine, but when i tried to press "Game Start" a pop-up opened saying "Limited account has little access" Or something similar to that.
What i would like to know is;
Why is this happening?
How can i stop it from happening again? and
Is there anyway to get around this, so i can continue to grind?
