KMS downloading

I get a strange error when I download it,first,it unzips,then it loads (being 2\3 full on the first one) and then,it gets me an error,and posting the error wouldn't be useful,since all the downloader is in Gibbrish

DO I go to "Regional and Language options"?
EDIT:Now it's Korean,what does this message mean?

Yes, then "Add another language -> Advanced"
