Hey, everyone.
I'm a total noob in this game, so I have a few questions:
1. What are the new jobs in KoC? I mean, what are each job's equal job of GMS?
2. Does the regular KMS download become automatically KoC? Do I need to create my character in a certain server? Is there a special download for KoC?
3. I would like to be whatever the job is that in GMS is the Fire Wizard/Brawler/Hunter, what are the best builds for those?
4. I see everyone here is in Culverin, how does its icon look like?
5. What is in Ereb and how do I get there?

Thank you very much and sorry for the noobiness,
Borees.

One thing I rather hate is leaving in your name as if we know you and your requesting help like a gluttonous queen who isn't the brightest to put it bluntly.

On topic..
Don't say anything GMS related. We use original KMS slang/talk here.. Just a warning.

1. Hero + Paladin = Soul Master. F/P - Poison + AoE = Flame Wizard. Bowmaster + Epic Bandwagon + Transform = Windreaver/Wind Breaker. Assassin + Prettiness + Moar darknizz = Night Walker. Infighter (Brawler. Yuck) + Epic + Lightning = Striker.
2. What in hell is that supposed to mean? KoC is just like the pirate patch.
3. I don't get this question. And Brawler is a sucky name that makes me cry. Oh yeah, and no suck pineappling thing as a "best build". It's either a "Build" or it's nothing.
4. When you click on a world, you can see it's name in Engrish as well. But if you can take the initiative to attempt to teach yourself to read Korean.. Yeah.
5. Ereb is a plain town designed to spoonfeed all bandwagoners. *WHEEZE* I mean new recruits to Cygnus' powerful order of Knights before they venture out into the real world. In english, it's a horribly broken counterpart of Maple Island. You get there through Nineheart's epic cutscene invitation or by boat in Erinia or Orbis for 100 mesos (1000 if your over 20) and a 2-8 minutes for Erinia and Orbis, respectively.

We were all noobs before. No need to be sorry.

ignore derin's post.

1. cygnus classes differ from their job equivalents in that they get certain new skills and the usual higher leveled skills earlier. the new jobs are the following:
Noblesse (the Cygnus version of a Beginner)
Flame Wizard (similar to a fire mage)
Striker (similar to an infighter)
Soul Master (similar to a fighter)
Night Walker (similar to an assassin)
Windbreaker (similar to a bowman)

2. cygnus is a feature in the main game, it's not a new version. if you want to join the english community, joining the culverin server would be your best bet.

3. for this, it's better to ask in-game. the builds are typically the same as their normal class equivalent, but can differ in certain ways.

4. it's an anchor.

5. ereb is the home land for the cygnus class branch. it's where you create a knight of cygnus when your normal class character is level 20 or higher. you get to ereb through a new ship in either orbis or ellinia.
