So, I login and see 3 buttons at the character select screen. I can only click the middle one so I do so. Then this pops up. What is it?

Be active, no hacking, and don't try to be the center of attention. Be aware that you most likely will not join the guild very soon, and if you do plan to, be active and ask one of the juniors to join every couple days.
