Considering the bloom, I'm assuming you're working with Photoshop.

To make your text readable without a text bubble just apply a stroke to your text layer.
Also, dialogue could be better (Panel 4: Right about what? How does the main character know he is needed at some other place? Why does he trust two eyes floating in a garbage can?) and frankly , this type of plot is VERY VERY COMMON within Maplestory sprite comics.

EDIT: Upon further examination it seems you wanted us to receive the information about the character without telling us directly, thus leading to the conundrum in the 4th, 12th and 13th panels. Still this "implied knowledge" is put on a bit thick, this comic seems like it would either soon require a flashback to explain this or it's episode 2~3 in a series.
