I already done all Quest(i think) but still can get it because of These quest, what i need do now?

Clearly you didn't do the last quest.

Did you enter the MD?
Did you go back to the princess?

I ended up getting the medal. :>
the only quest that we didn't do earlier was the scroll one: after I finished it the king gave me the medal.

I got stuck on that too, but the way I fixed it was by giving all the stuff from the princess back to the NPC's in the town, then reporting back. Before the big patch, I had to go into the dungeun using the keys the princess gave me, then go back to her.

I just droped the keys and i got the quest...
Now i have my medal :D
