I think Pink Been is more wanted than Neo Tokyo.

That's why Neo Tokyo is infamous...
JMS is all about money now. You cannot enter the area without first doing an impossible quest (or pay 1000p), then more impossible quest. The price to create a lv115 weapon is 700m, which is probably more than the cost to create lv120 weapon (am I right?).
If Time Temple comes out, Neo-Tokyo would be worse than shit and JMS cannot make money out of the entrance fee.

Just look at the patch, it's just cash-related. I would not be surprised if time temple is released in JMS the same time as GMS. That would defeat many people's purpose of playing foreign version. (Well, many people from JMS already moved to KMS, so not really a big impact).
