Full Membership Help?

I noticed that I wasn't able to access the MTS and someone told me I needed full membership. When I log on, I see a bunch of fill in stuff, but I'm not sure what I fill in for full membership. Could someone help? Thanks.

Thats false, i can enter JMS site, can play JMS without a proxy, like freaking normal.

You have to go to the Nexon Japan point website and register more information to validate your account.
