I literally FUCKING HATE. Mastercard. It can go burn in hell D:
I spent LITERALLY all last Night & an hour this morning; dealing with this bullshit T.T
[How it went];
I wanted NX.
I goto Store & buy a Vanilla Mastercard (The "gift cc" so to speak). I've used them before for games such as FlyFF, and I used paypal for that.. so, wheres the problem?
I decided to send ****** the money first, as a middleman (that and it seemed cheaper) since his paypal was verified so it would only be $12/10kNX instead of Unverifieds $14/10kNX [It doesnt seem like alot different, but it had to be USD, And in my country we use CAD. So the conversions on 3x Transfers woulda sucked. T.T
Anyways! Me forgetting my User Agreement with Vanilla, forgot completly about the 2.5% charge; so I panicked LOL. And myself & *********** both came to a mutual decision; NOT to go through with it, but to try again in a second, WHEN I re-sent enough so I could get what I wanted & the 2.5% user fee not interfere.
So, it was denied & I was happy (for a chance to try again :D ). After I filled out the form & did the math, so I know I'd have enough, I tried to resend & It said It couldn't use this CC anymore so, I was like "WTF" and so was **********.
I checked Vanillamastercard.com
And it said:
Ending Balance $4.28
And this is a 50$ Card.
So I started emailing VanillaMC. & at first, their response team was fast & adequate [Not automated, since I purposely forgot the 9 Code Serial # on back & they emailed me asking for it]... Things seemed to be going smoothly; up until well, last night. I went AFK for roughyl 1h 30min. To go get my roomie; when I got back, there was no new email from VMC. Which was weird, since I sent one & I normally got a reply, 10minutes later. So, I was completely frustrated and I sent this;
This error, has yet to be resolved, any status updates from your side?
And ...I never got an answer until 3 hours ago [while I was fast asleep]
And now im still fightin with them, to even get the tiniest situation resolved;
Anytime we approve a preauthorization the funds will remain on hold for 7 days giving the merchant ample time to collect.
That's all I got in response.
