What is the thing he wants me to get?I've been running all over Edelstein,talking to everyone,killing every possible monster,and I still can't find the damn thing.Can anybody tell me what to do here?

I already did that.Accepted all their quests,but nothing happened.No new quest,no nothing.Also,I've forfeit the quest and started it again.Same thing.
