Title Under Forum Name?

I wasn't sure where else to put this, so I put it here. How do I change that title under my forum name where right now it says 'Rogue?'

I believe custom titles are donator only. Otherwise, changing your member title is only done by having a certain amount of posts.

I think you have to have 9001 posts to get custom member titles. Or last I heard anyways.
