My Download keeps stopping, everytime and it sits there for about 40 minute I waited at last.
I tried everything I could think of already. :/

Is it possible that you may have some sudden, but quick stops in your internet connection. Like for a brief moment?

erm, I don't think so;
and I don't think that would be the issue because it stops at the SAME exact point every time I restart.. :/
