I haven't checked the hair shops in a long time, but i believe it's VIP in every town.

just a side note, kMS doesn't have EXP hair. any hair style can be purchased with a VIP coupon, provided you buy the one from the right city.

all I was saying is that EXP hair coupons don't exist.

It totally does,you said you can buy any hair via vip,and you cant because hawk is available in henesys but not through vip.

are you sure the mohawk even exists on kMS? I just went through a shitload of ranking pages and haven't found it even once.. the reason I say that all hair styles are available with VIP cards is because EXP cards don't exist on kMS. if you can't get it with VIP, you can't get it.
