NX From Character to Character?

I'll just make this short and simple.

Question 1: Am I able to transfer nx from my resistance to another resistance on the same account and same server?

Question 2: Am I able to transfer nx from my adventurer to another adventurer on the same account, but different server (even thought the two servers have been merged together)

Even though they have the same cash shop you still won't be able to transfer. Only adventurers have the option to transfer their NX to each other on the same server.

Wild hunters and Battle mages share CS.
Noblesse, Strikers, Flame wizards, Soul masters, Wind archers and Night walkers share CS.
Beginner, Warrior, Magician, Archer, Thief and Pirate share CS.
Cash shop items can be shared in between them, given that they are of the same "race", (a FP mage and a Hero, etc). I don't think that NX storage works through worlds, seeing as the normal storage doesn't.

Nope, Nexon made it so they'd have separate Cash Shops. The reason why they did this and with every job after Cygnus is because when Pirates were released they made the Cash Shop merged with Adventurers but they lost too much money because people who just transfer there stuff.

Even though I'm talking about GMS, I found I couldn't transfer NX from my Blaze Wizard to my Windbreaker, but I could transfer NX from my priest to FP.
