So yah, i changed it already (Windows 7 BTW) language packs? Had them installed way before thinking about JMS lol (studying jap). So what else should i do??? My whole computer is already in jap >,< and everything from keyboard to localization i changed to Japan, so yah, someone point me out here pweasee c:

Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Advanced Tab > Bottom half > Change that to Japan.

If you did, there's no reason you should be getting the code-page error.

lol, yes it was i got to fix it hehe. stupid dad blocked some smugs on he's pc which is over mine on our internet... So yah... sucks baws... ima be online soon now ^_^
