CSO JP version just IP banned us zainchis. Yeah I know use a proxy but I use a public VPN which is laggy as hell :(

Well CSO Japan is now IP banned for outside so we foreigners cannot get in but I really want to play again but the public VPN I use is not a good one because while I am in game, my ping goes high like around 350. If any of you know a good working proxy, private message me.
