The Enigma Stone lets you capture Latias(SS) or Latios(HG) ingame. You will also get the Soul Dew which ups their Sp. Atk and Sp. Def by 50%. Go to Pewer City Museum. Inside, go to the right and you'll see that Fossil guy with another person. Straightforward from there. The Lati@s will keep on coming until captured(from bulbapedia). Go by Mystery Gift. GO GO GO!!!!!
