Is anyone on? o.o

I can't get on for some odd reason. When I try to get on it just gives me an error like I'm not connected to the internet or there's a server check going on. I can't even connect to the website. :(

Could anyone help me out? D:

Anyways,Have you tried restarting? Are you in Korean Code-page?

Getting that error means that you're currently blocked from the service due to regional reasons
